Christian Bale Won't Be Charged in Family Feud

It was the best and worst time of Christian Bale's life. His newest film, The Dark Knight, open to rave reviews and mammoth ticket sales, merely then days later he found himself in a London constabulary station having to answer allegations of assault against his mother and sis.

But now things ar looking up for the Welsh worker, as prosecutors in the UK have decided that no charges will be filed in the case.

England's Crown Prosecution Service proclaimed on Thursday that in that location is deficient evidence to afford a "realistic chance of strong belief." They also declared the police to not prosecute the case any further.

The allegations stem from an arguing that occured between Christian and his mother and sister on July 21 at London's Dorchester Hotel. After the police were notified that an incident had occurred, the player voluntarily went to the police to discuss his side of the chronicle. Through a rep, he has denied any error.
